- Growing up on Long Island's barrier beaches, I have always been fascinated by the interaction of light, people and the beauty of the seashore. At an early age I realized that my minds eye sees shape, shadow and color in a way that is different from many. I am able to capture images that concisely express the emotion of the moment or the sense of place in architecture and landscapes. After 15 years of peoplewatching while commuting to NYC, I have a 6th sense for observing folks and when we put the two together...we get great images. My friends call me PappaRazzi because I am rarely without my trusty Nikon, I always get the shot and you never even knew I was there. My wife and I have a little girl, Sunny Logann. When not shooting, we are sailing our Hobie Wave or tending our back yard garden.
